Daily – To cope with daily stress and challenges, inhale three times for 30 seconds, up to 10 times per day.
Acute – To cope with a particularly stressful or traumatic event, inhale for 30 seconds every five minutes for as long as needed to bring the body and mind to a balanced state.
For stress associated with any changes, triggers or surprises, put five drops into your palm, rub hands together vigorously and inhale for thirty seconds.

Breath: Place two drops in palms. Rub hands together. Cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale deeply. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Body: Place three drops in palm. Massage around ankles and soles of feet.
Bath: Place 20 drops in a warm bath. Soak for twenty minutes.
In the evening I use de-stress , unwind and sleep together. I light two candles, no music, lights low and inhale. While I am inhaling I force myself to relax as I breathe. By the time I hit the pillow I am beyond ready for sleep. How well does it work? I have been doing this for so long that I yawn as I think about and approach my ritual. I love this one for daytime use when I am feeling very stressed/anxious/worried etc. I put a few drops in my palm and rub hands together and apply around my neck and then put hands together and inhale 🙂Smells wonderful too
