It’s incredible during colds, flu, allergies, or sinus issues—but you can also use it preventatively in crowded places, on flights, or during seasonal transitions to support clear breathing and strong boundaries. 

Will decongest+ burn my skin or nose?

 It’s pre-diluted in coconut oil, which makes it gentle enough for topical use, but the essential oils are still strong. Always apply to palms, chest, or feet—not directly inside the nose—and avoid eyes and sensitive mucous membranes.

Jenny designed decongest+ for her own family and clients who needed something powerful yet beautiful during the most miserable part of cold season. She wanted a remedy that felt like a breath of forest air, plus a vibrational “cloak” of protection.

Can I use decongest+ in a diffuser?

 No. It’s in a coconut oil base, which is not meant for diffusers. For diffusing, choose a water-safe, undiluted blend; decongest+ is for palm inhalation, body application, and baths.

I’m Jenny Pao, a Quantum Energetics and Flower Essence Practitioner, and the founder of Nectar Essences. My own journey through chronic pain and emotional burnout led me to discover the healing power of nature.
